I’m Steve, and I launched DONE BY SC LLC because I saw too many homeowners struggling with "to-do" lists that never seemed to end. My passion for this work is a family affair. It started with the foundation laid by my grandfather, Lee, who taught me a simple but powerful rule: prepare thoroughly, and finish every project as if no one was ever there doing the "dirty work."

That foundation was built upon by my dad, Steven Glenn, and my Uncle Jack. They didn't just show me how to work; they let me get my hands dirty, teaching me the trade by letting me do the very things I use every day in this business. From them, I learned the mechanics, the grit, and the pride of a job well done.

To ensure that my craftsmanship was matched by a professional experience for my clients, I leaned on my brother, David. With over 25 years of experience as a business owner, David has been instrumental in helping me form the backbone of DONE by SC LLC.

But none of this would be possible without the heart of my operation: my beautiful wife, Christine, and our fantastic kids, Nathan (aka Bill) and Lauren. Their unwavering support and help are what drive me every day. They remind me that a home is more than just a building—it’s where families grow and memories are made.

I bring that detailed, tidy, and family-taught approach to every home I enter. Whether it’s refreshing a laundry room, patching drywall, replacing that outdated light fixture or finally getting that garage clean and organized, I treat your space with the respect it deserves.
